In 1935, when Mrs Laurentina took the initiative to open a small restaurant, she couldn?t have imagined that she was creating a success story. This small restaurant that started by serving snacks and other refreshments opened in Aguada de Cima and up to the present, as the Adega do Fidalgo, is a reference when it comes to customer satisfaction.
