Wine Tour in Bairrada - Caves São Domingos

This programme aims to give the participants the opportunity to get in touch with Bairrada viticulture and landscape, to observe the grape-growing and to participate in several practices, such as pruning and harvesting, being therefore a quite complete programme.

• Reception at the headquarters of Associação Rota da Bairrada (Train station - Curia);
• Activities in the vineyards of Quinta de S. Lourenço, Óis do Bairro and S. Mateus - Sparkling wine of honour with appetizers
• Visit to the galleries and visualisation of the ageing process of the sparkling wines;
• Meal at São Domingos Cellars.
