Dinner at Prior Lucas’s centenary vineyard
How about a dinner in the late summer afternoon in a unique and authentic experience. I place a table on the floor of the vineyard and serve two typical dishes: Bacalhau & Leitão à Bairrada, and for dessert queijadas de Tentúgal. Everything harmonized with 2 sparkling wines, 1 red wine, 1 white wine and even a fortified wine.
