A sports infrastructure that, besides the activities developed by the municipal swimming school, offers a wide range of services, including a cardio-fitness and weight-training gymnasium, indoor-cycling, whirlpool, sauna and squash. The development is a modern and versatile sports complex, which allows the holding of National Swimming Championships.

Comprises three tanks, one for babies in the aquatic environment adaptation modality (ages between 6 months and 48 months), one for learning and improving swimming (children and adults), aquagym and hydrodeep lessons and, finally, another tank for free and competitive swimming.
It has benches with 370 seats, as well as complementary equipment, a squash court, a hot tub, a sauna, a cardio-fitness and weight-training gymnasium and an indoor cycling room.
The service areas consist of changing rooms, bathing areas, toilets, washbasins, medical post, teachers' office, reception, secretary and technical offices.
