In an area dominated by gray and busy traffic, a green gem emerges, inviting leisure and interaction with nature.
Inaugurated by Prime Minister António Guterres on July 4, 1996, the Casa do Sal Gardens are an escape in a highly urbanized area.
It is characterized by being a sunny, spacious place with good accessibility. There is a stream that runs through the park, which means that the vegetation is typical of wetlands, such as poplars, weeping willows, and alders. Along the stream, you can also find fruit trees, such as orange and cherry trees.
The gardens, with their large lawns, provide both children and adults with excellent opportunities for leisure and socializing.
