Quinta do Encontro was born from the dream and passion for wines, creating a vision of the exterior and interior shapes and lines of the structural design of a barrel that resulted in the perfect conceptual harmony between wine production and modern architecture.
With an imposing landscape of vineyards surrounding the entire building, Quinta do Encontro has distinctive areas, from themed rooms, a panoramic terrace to the vineyards, restaurants, wine cellar and wine shop.

The Quinta has a restaurant, a quality service, with nouvelle cuisine and wine menus, and also a wine shop.
The Quinta do Encontro project emerged with a new concept in 2000, having a philosophy based on differentiated production in relation to the image to which the region is associated.
Located in S. Lourenço do Bairro, Anadia, Quinta do Encontro has its name due to its location close to "Cruz do Encontro".
It started producing wines in 1930, in a small winery located in Paredes do Bairro. With the Dão Sul joining the project, 10 hectares of vineyards were restructured out of the 20 hectares that make up the property. In 2005, with the need to streamline the project and increase and improve the winemaking capacity, the construction of a new winery began, continuing the concept of promoting wine tourism, from a design winery perspective, with a modern and innovative style.
In this space it is possible to establish contact with the various stages of the production process, from the vineyard to the wine tasting. Implanted in the wine-growing landscape, the cellar's cylindrical shape allows the visitor to have a global perspective of the surrounding area, making them an integral part of that space, in full harmony with Nature.
