From an early age Manuel Gomes Regateiro Júnior was a free spirit, a free thinker, and a closed village that seemed too small for his dreams. Although loved and cared for, he needed to see the world and the world needed him. So, already in France, he learned to tend the vineyard and wine production. Always feeling the need to return to his homeland of Bairrada, in Aguada de Cima, he returned, and once again, embraced his land.

History
The clay soils that were once his childhood playground are now the source of his handmade tile production, the vineyard fields that were once eternal fantastic labyrinths are now brought to life in his family's wines.
Nowadays, reliving those memories, Casimiro Gomes continues his grandfather's legacy, taking care of his vineyards and concerned with expressing the identity of Bairrada wines, as he remembered from his youth, memories of his bold sparkling wines and his 100% Baga wines.
