Prepare yourself to discover the flavors and aromas of three exceptional chilies in a blind tasting, where you will be challenged to identify not only the type of chili, but also the secret ingredients present in each sauce. The experience also includes the pairing of each sauce with a typical regional delicacy. The entire experience will be guided by the producer himself, who will share stories, curiosities, and insights into the creation of these artisanal sauces.

At the end, to soothe the heat, we will raise a toast together with a flute of Bairrada sparkling wine.
