The Cellars of Solar de São Domingos were founded by Elpídio Martins Semedo, in 1937. Today, they house in their galleries excavated in the rock, more than two million bottles of sparkling wine, thousands of bottled wines and hundreds of French oak barrels for their famous wine spirits.
