One-day manual grape harvest in Bairrada with Malápio Winery
Step away from routine and become a winemaker for a day in Bairrada. This is an immersive and community-driven experience at Malápio Winery, where we invite you to put on your boots, pick up the pruning shears, and take an active part in the manual harvest of our century-old vineyards. Feel the land, harvest the grapes, and witness the beginning of authentic amphora wine production, ending the day's work around a generous and festive table.

Extra Information
- Welcome by the Winemaker, harvest briefing, and harvester's kit.
- Hands-on participation in the manual harvest of grapes from our medieval-origin century-old vineyards.
- Sharing of traditional stories, songs, and the cultural heritage of the region.
- Morning vineyard snack: Artisan bread, water, regional cheese, and grilled chouriço.
- Transport of the grapes to the winery and participation in the destemming process and the traditional filling of the first clay amphorae.
- Brief presentation of the project and the harvest results.
- Celebration Banquet at the Winery: Traditional Bairrada menu paired with Malápio amphora wines.
