- Welcome by the Winemaker.
- Private and interactive Masterclass with Sommelier António Lopes (learn professional visual, olfactory, and tasting techniques in a clear, elegant, and engaging way).
- Guided technical tasting of selected Malápio DOC Bairrada amphora wines.
- Lunch/Dinner, where António Lopes leads the food and wine pairing experience, guiding participants through a menu of traditional Bairrada cuisine and demonstrating how amphora wines and local gastronomy enhance and transform one another with every bite and every sip.
