This is how the people of the town of Fogueira gave the name to the project that Mário Sérgio created in 1989. Fausto was his paternal grandfather, whose vineyards he brought together with others from his maternal grandfather, to found the first wine company in Bairrada in more than 20 years. With the fundamental support of father Abel, 12 hectares of vineyards that until then produced wine sold in bulk to cellars in the Region, were transformed into bottled wines under the Quinta das Bágeiras brand.
