In Universities with greater tradition, 'Dux' is the maximum exponent of academic hazing, as is the case of Coimbra University, city where the first space was born.

Dux' restaurants are true urban taverns and, although they have in common the variety of snacks and wines, each space has its own identity. In them you can taste the most varied traditional Portuguese snacks, such as Pataniscas de Bacalhau or a delicious Pica-Pau, as well as creative snacks, such as Farinheira sausage with caramelised pear, mushrooms with sausage and egg, Tiras da Vazia with Serra cheese sauce, among others.

And like any good tavern, it has a wine list with dozens of references, which reflects the variety and quality of Portuguese wines, and you can choose wine by the glass in order to harmonize better with the snacks.
