Stork by Bordalo II

The Stork, made from recycled material, is a recreation by Bordalo II, in the Half/Half series. Half of it is painted, to make it more realistic, and the other half has been left unfinished, so that the raw material chosen can be seen. In this piece, alluding to the Stork Route, the stork with its wings spread depicts the welcoming spirit of the people of the municipality.
