Pinheiros Mansos Garden

Parque dos Pinheiros Mansos is one of the main green areas in the municipality of Oliveira do Bairro and a key space for the conservation of water, soil, and local biodiversity. The park, a magnificent natural amphitheater with plenty of shade and space for picnics, was renovated and inaugurated in 2021.

With new rest and leisure areas, the swing overlooking the main lagoon is one of the highlights of the space, being an excellent place to discover the various native species of fauna and flora.

The trails, as well as the paths connecting the various school and sports facilities in the vicinity, are equipped with their own signage, with arrows indicating directions, distance traveled, and distance remaining, placed at intersections with other paths and/or trails.

Benches with backrests are distributed along the routes so that users can rest, recover their strength, or simply contemplate nature. In addition to these elements, there are also wooden footbridges, a walkway, and sports and children's equipment scattered throughout the park for the enjoyment of children and adults alike.

With an area of approximately 25,000 m², Parque dos Pinheiros Mansos is located next to the Oliveira do Bairro Municipal Sports Park, which includes a soccer stadium, a synthetic turf field for five-a-side soccer, a pavilion, indoor swimming pools, two tennis courts (and soon two more paddle tennis courts), and a playground, benefiting from good accessibility and ample parking.
