Quinta do Cavaleiro

The winery Quinta do Cavaleiro, located in Oliveira do Bairro, was created on 16 December 2002, a recent creation, but which has already written many pages in its history.
The initiative came from a family of farmers who, taking advantage of the geographical conditions of the heart of Bairrada, saw in the foundation of the winery, the perfect ally to successfully respond to the needs generated by a large production of grape varieties.

History
The quality of the wines and sparkling wines produced by Quinta do Cavaleiro is the result of the use of traditional methods, as well as the best grape varieties, grown in vineyards that make the difference.
If initially the objective of the winery was its own consumption, over time, this gave way to expansion and the conquest of new lands, hoarding today a few hectares of vineyards, with a strong impact on the volume of production, which also underwent changes in the positive way.
