The Leitão and the Sparkling Wine | Amílcar Ferreira

The mural O Leitão e o Espumante (The Suckling Pig and Sparkling Wine), by Amílcar Ferreira, inaugurated on May 30, 2015, was an initiative and responsibility of the Confraria Gastronómica do Leitão da Bairrada (Bairrada Suckling Pig Gastronomic Association). Its approximately 90 m2 depict the entire production process of Leitão da Bairrada, from its creation to its serving, and Espumante da Bairrada, which usually accompanies it at the table.
